Privacy Policy
How Tangem Art collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Papelería Art, trading as Tangem Art (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information through tangem.art. We are the controller of your personal information. Contact: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you give us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, phone number (optional), country (optional), the subject of your enquiry and your message.
Order information if you buy from us: billing details, delivery address and details of your purchase and cash payments (receipts). We accept cash only, so we do not collect or store card or bank details.
Technical information (server request logs): every time a page or file on tangem.art is requested, our server records the date and time, your IP address, the full web address (URL) requested, including any tracking parameters such as those added by Google Ads, the request headers your browser sends (for example browser and device type, language, referring page and cookies), any data sent with the request (such as contact-form submissions), and the response given. We use these logs for security, to prevent spam and abuse, to fix errors, and to understand where our visitors come from. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, see our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiries and send quotations;
- to provide the artwork, licences, prints, courses and workshops you order;
- to manage payments, invoices and our business records;
- to protect the Website against spam, fraud and misuse, and to investigate errors (using server request logs);
- to measure the performance of our website and adverts (only with your consent where required).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
4. Legal bases
Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing that contract; our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business; compliance with legal obligations (for example tax records); and your consent for optional cookies.
5. How contact form data and logs are stored
Messages sent through our contact form, and server request logs, are stored in protected files on our web server that are not publicly accessible, and are read only by authorised members of the Tangem team.
6. Sharing your information
We share information only where needed with: our website hosting provider; print and delivery partners (for print orders); professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. Each receives only the information needed for its role.
7. Google services and advertising
We may advertise using Google Ads and may use Google tools to measure visits and conversions from our adverts. These services may use cookies or similar technologies, subject to your choices. You can learn how Google uses information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. If you accept advertising cookies and reach our website through one of our adverts, we remember the Google Ads click ID (for example gclid) in your browser for up to 90 days and store it with any enquiry you send us, so we can tell which advert led to it. Our contact page also displays an embedded Google Map, which is provided by Google.
8. International transfers
We work with clients worldwide and our service providers may be located in other countries. Where we transfer information internationally we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
9. How long we keep information
Server request logs are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Children
The Website is not directed at children under 13. Course enrolment for students under 18 is handled with a parent or guardian.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including restricting access to stored messages. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
